What is included in the Adler Ranch Wedding & Event Rental?
Adler Ranch offers a wide range of inclusions to make your wedding day as special and memorable as possible. These inclusions consist of:
Use of the Cabin and Gas Station as getting ready rooms for the wedding party until the start of your wedding reception.
A choice of ceremony location in the beautiful main venue grounds, with setup and tear down included
Use of the Grain Bin Bar and multiple outdoor seating options.
Access to our Something Borrowed Collections, which includes some decor for your table centerpieces, battery operated candles, flower vases, mirrors, vintage oil cans, whiskey barrels, vintage china (enough for the head table only), small tables, lanterns, galvanized items, and sets of German Beer Garden tables and benches.
Tables and chairs for your guests, with set up, tear down and the majority of the clean up requirements all included.
Use of the fabulous 32 ft long head table and a vintage mailbox that can be personalized with your name and used as a card box.
Onsite parking, (overnight camping NOT allowed)
Venue Manager to handle details and vendor arrangements
Full Cleanup services for your reception. At the end of your event you only need to collect your tablecloths, decor and personal items.
Professional mosquito control services
Of course there are bathrooms!
The Banquet barn also includes the use of vintage lighted signs and two large TV's that can play a slide show on each end of the barn. Additional rentals, such as the Studebaker Smore Bar and tent options, are available upon request. We also have an Amphitheater wedding ceremony site for you to choose from.

Where does the Wedding Party get ready?
Adler Ranch provides the wedding party with two convenient getting ready rooms, the Cabin and the Gas Station. These heated and air-conditioned buildings are available to use from the morning of the wedding until the reception begins. See more of the Cabin and the Gas Station
To ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly, we kindly ask that the buildings be emptied of all personal items before the start of the ceremony. Once the reception begins, our staff cleans the buildings, and they are not available for further use during your event.
However, your guests are welcome to enjoy the fireplace and exterior seating areas around these buildings throughout your entire event, adding to the overall ambiance of your special day. Don't forget to take advantage of the unique #kurtsgasstation for your getting ready photos!
Are tables and chairs included in the Wedding & Event Rental?
Adler Ranch is pleased to offer tables and chairs as part of your rental fee. This includes 60" round tables with matching white wood chairs, a stunning 32 ft long live oak edge feasting table accompanied by white or gold Chiavari chairs, and white ceremony chairs. We also provide German tables and benches, which are imported from beer gardens at breweries in Germany and can be used as additional seating outside, scattered around the yard.
For added convenience, we allow the use of our Something Borrowed Collection for decorating, which includes various items that can be used for centerpieces, such as mirrors, small jars, flower vases, wood lanterns, small tables, whiskey barrels, champagne buckets, galvanized bins and tubs (perfect for serving bottled water), and a vintage mailbox that can be personalized and used as a card box.
To add some extra charm to your special day, we have three choices of Smore bar decor that can be used as well.
With Adler Ranch's comprehensive rental package, you can focus on enjoying your day without the added hassle of sourcing tables, chairs, and decorations.
Can we just stop in unannounced, or should we schedule our visit?
At Adler Ranch, we are excited to show you around and help you plan your visit. To ensure that we provide you with the best possible experience, we schedule personal appointments for tours during weekdays and some early evenings. Please fill out the contact form or drop us an email at info@adlerranch.com.
During the wedding season, which runs from May to October, our weekends are devoted to our wedding couples and their guests, and we do not schedule tours on those days. We have limited weekend availability the rest of the year.
How early can we start setting up for our Wedding or Event:
Access to the venue and the Banquet Barn is granted when your rental period begins, depending on which package you have purchased, with specific times outlined in your personal contract. If you have rented a weekend package, you will have access to the venue the day before your event. Additionally, if availability permits, you can personalize your experience by adding extra setup hours the day before your event for an additional fee. Please check with us no more than three months prior to your event to see if our schedule permits early an early set up rental. We're happy to help make your event setup as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Can we use real candles and confetti to decorate our Wedding?
Please refrain from using live flames, including candles, at the venue. We also do not allow a sparkler exit, or a DJ using cold spark machine, or a fog machine of any kind in the building.
The use of glitter, confetti, or silk flower petals, or silk ‘confetti, or small wrapped candy’ is also not permitted. If you plan to have flowers strewn on the aisle of your ceremony, please only use real flower petals and make sure to clean them up immediately after the ceremony. Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not use staples, tacks, tape, or 3M Command strips on any walls, chairs, tables and any other structures.
What time does our Wedding or Event end?
For events held on Fridays or Saturdays, the event must end by midnight, with music being shut off by midnight as well. Bar services also come to a close at 11:30pm.
Events held on weekdays, from Sunday to Thursday, must end by 11pm, with music ending by 10pm. Bar services also end at 10pm on weekdays.
Where do Wedding Ceremonies take place?
At Adler Ranch, we offer two picturesque outdoor locations for wedding ceremonies - the main venue area and the amphitheater. The main venue area is a customizable space where couples can describe their vision and we will set it up accordingly. If you prefer a more intimate and secluded location, the amphitheater is an ideal choice, which is a peaceful and private location situated approximately 1/4 mile from the main venue grounds. Please note that the amphitheater is an add-on ceremony location, and it is not accessible for viewing during the winter months.
We take care of the ceremony seating set up and tear down so you can relax and enjoy your special day. You are also welcome to bring your own arbor or backdrop of your choice, or use one of ours. We work with you to ensure that your chosen location fulfills all of your wedding dreams.
Does the Wedding & Event Banquet area have heating and air conditioning?
At Adler Ranch, the banquet area does not have air conditioning, but we do have radiant heat at the insulated ceiling to keep the space warm during cooler months. Additionally, we have four overhead ceiling fans and the building is open on three sides, providing plenty of fresh air circulation. Guests can enjoy the natural surroundings while still feeling comfortable in our banquet area. The Cabin and Gas Station buildings, for the wedding party use, are fully climate controlled.
What is included with the Smore Bar Rental?
Our Smore Bar is a unique feature of Adler Ranch that is sure to delight you and your guests. The Smore Bar is located on the side of a 1952 Studebaker gas truck, and it's the perfect addition to any outdoor wedding.
We offer three sets of decor to decorate the Smore Bar, and the choice of decor is entirely up to the couple. Our first set is the vintage plaid collection, which includes vintage coolers, trays, ice buckets, and other items with a charming plaid pattern. Our second set is the gold collection, which features trays, a gold champagne bucket, and a vintage ice bucket. The gold collection has a more modern and glamorous feel and is perfect for couples who want a touch of sophistication at their wedding. Finally, we offer a sterling silver set of decor that includes large sterling pieces, trays, a vintage ice bucket, and other elegant items. The sterling silver collection is perfect for couples who want a more formal and traditional wedding. All three sets of decor are included in the rental of the Smore Bar, so you don't have to worry about any extra costs. We want to make sure that our couples have everything they need to create the perfect wedding atmosphere, and our Smore Bar decor is just another way we do that.
We also include all skewers, dishes, and the gas fireplace to create the perfect cozy atmosphere for your guests to enjoy their s'mores, you fill the Smore Bar with the food items of your choice. Our team will monitor and refill the bar throughout the night to ensure that everyone has a chance to indulge in this classic treat. Additionally, we take care of all the cleaning so you and your guests can focus on enjoying the evening. This includes keeping the area clean and tidy, as well as replenishing any necessary items throughout the night.

Are linens included with the Wedding Packages?
We understand that each couple has their own unique vision for their special day, which is why we do not provide linens as part of our rental package. However, there are several options available for couples: Some couples choose to bring their own linens to match their wedding theme or color scheme. Alternatively, rental companies in the area offer a wide variety of linens for rent, including tablecloths, napkins, and chair covers. These companies can also provide delivery and pick-up services for your convenience. (See our vendor list for contact information) In some cases, catering companies may also provide linens as part of their catering package. Be sure to check with your catering company to see if this is an option.
At Adler Ranch, we want to ensure that your wedding day is as seamless and stress-free as possible. While we do not provide linens, we are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your wedding decor. Can we choose our own Wedding & Event Caterer?
Choosing a caterer and bar services vendor from our trusted vendor list is essential to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for your wedding. Our vendors have been carefully curated and have proven to provide exemplary service and outstanding quality. They know our venue well and have experience working with us, which ensures that everything runs smoothly on your special day. Our caterers and bar services vendors will work with you to create a personalized menu and bar selection that fits your vision and budget. We highly recommend choosing a vendor from our list to ensure that you and your guests have an exceptional experience at Adler Ranch.
While we highly recommend choosing a caterer from our vendor list, we do understand that some couples may have a personal preference or special relationship with a specific caterer. However, if you choose to use a caterer not on our list, we require a $1000 fee for working with an unknown vendor. We have carefully curated our vendor list and have chosen them based on their exceptional quality of service and their ability to work with our venue seamlessly. Where do our Wedding & Event guests park? Is overnight camping allowed?
At Adler Ranch, we understand that parking can be a concern for our guests. That's why we offer several acres of parking to accommodate our guests. We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and has an enjoyable experience at our venue. We also provide easy access for anyone with mobility issues who may need to be dropped off near the banquet area.
We do allow cars to remain on the property overnight, however, we don't allow overnight camping or sleeping in vehicles. We also do not allow motorhomes or large trailers with sleeping areas to remain on the property overnight. Any campers, motorhomes, or large trailers will be required to leave the property at the end of the event. We take the safety and security of our guests seriously and want to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and safe experience.
Can we choose any Wedding Vendor we want?
At Adler Ranch, we want to make sure that our couples have the freedom to choose any vendor they want to make their special day unique and personal to them. However, we do require that any vendor chosen have professional liability insurance and share a copy of that insurance with Adler Ranch, we also ask they name Adler Ranch as additionally insured. This ensures that all parties involved are protected and can enjoy the day without any worries. We also require that catering and bar services be chosen from our list of trusted vendors, as they have proven to provide exemplary service and have a track record of excellence. We believe this is important to maintain the high standards and quality of service that we strive for at Adler Ranch.
Can we set up outdoor games?
Yes Please! Bring on the yard games! We encourage couples to bring their favorite yard games to use during their celebration. We do have a giant Jenga game that is available for use as well. However, for safety reasons, we do not allow certain yard games such as lawn darts, horseshoe or axe throwing, as well as bounce houses. Games that use any kind of a ball, for example football, softball or soccer are not allowed in the main venue area due to the possible breakage of the irreplaceable signage and neon bulbs. We want all of our guests to have a fun and safe experience at Adler Ranch, while protecting our couples damage deposit.
What are the cleanup responsibilities at the end of the night?
At the end of the night, the couple is responsible for collecting their decor and any items they have brought on site. However, we understand that after a long day of celebrating, the last thing anyone wants to do is clean up. That's why we take care of moving any furniture and sweeping the floor, so that the couple and their guests can simply enjoy the night.
We also ask that guests only smoke in the designated smoking area and leave no trace in the parking lot. Our goal is to ensure everyone has a great time and leaves with wonderful memories.
Can we leave items overnight?
At Adler Ranch, we ask that all items brought onto the property, including decor, rented items, and gifts, be removed at the end of the rental period. For one-day rentals, this means all items need to be removed at the end of the rental period, which is typically midnight. If the couple has rented for the weekend, they are welcome to leave their decor and items in the yard overnight, but we ask that any valuables such as cards and gifts be removed by a trusted family member. We want to ensure the safety and security of all items left on the property and appreciate your cooperation in taking everything with you at the end of your rental period.

How do we start the process to reserve our date?

3) Sign our contract and pay your first nonrefundable retainer. We have a variety of easy, no interest payment plans!
Is there an insurance requirement or a damage / excessive cleaning deposit required?
Wedding insurance and liability insurance for all vendors are mandatory at our venue. In addition, we require a $1000 deposit for damages and excessive cleaning, which is refundable after your event if no issues are found. We do require the host to secure wedding day insurance, ask us for more details regarding this insurance. We also recommend cancellation insurance for your protection. Is staff on site to assist during the Wedding or Event?
At Adler Ranch, we want your wedding day to be stress-free, that's why we have friendly and knowledgeable staff onsite to assist with arrangements, answer questions, and clean and maintain the venue throughout your event.
While we do not offer wedding coordination services, we are available to help with venue-related issues. Additionally, we offer the option to hire our staff to set up and pack up your decor at the end of the night, or set up and refill your dessert display, saving you the hassle of any extra work.
